SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship Monday – Friday

- Domestic shipping is processed within 5 - 15 workdays, and takes 1 to 2 workdays to arrrive
- Shipping within Europe is processed within 5 - 15 workdays, and takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on destination.
- Shipping outside the EU is processed within 5 - 15 workdays, and takes from 1 up to 4 weeks depending on destination. Shipping to Canada, Australia, Far East or other remote areas may take up to 8 weeks.

If needed, express shipping is done via FedEx or DHL Express. For express shipping details please contact hello@studioarchetip.om

Archetip is not responsible for custom fees and handling costs if orders are to be sent outside the EU. 

RETURN POLICY

Archetip sincerely hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase. We put our effort into photographing and describing all items as well as possible but colors can vary on different screens. In case you are not satisfied with your product(s) or if something is damaged, you can return the item(s) within 14 days after reception of the goods for a refund or exchange. Gift cards or items on sale unfortunately can not be returned. 

All returns/exchanges must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still attached. Archetip is not responsible for return shipping costs. Archetip is not responsible for handling/import charges when items are returned from outside of the EU zone. Archetip cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, insured and trackable mail service is recommended. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
